Meet the Team
Josie Campbell
With over two decades of experience across finance, healthcare, higher education, and law enforcement, Josie is an actor and communications specialist known for her dynamic approach to corporate training. She has worked internationally with clients from the UK to the UAE, delivering workshops in voice, presentation skills, and executive presence.
Drawing on her background in performance and broadcasting, Josie developed SpaceSHIFT™, a unique methodology that blends theatrical, somatic, and spatial practices to help professionals lead with authenticity and impact.
She holds an MA from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where she specialised in Presence in Leadership Training.
With several years of experience in the corporate world, aviation, retail, and luxury hotels, Aileen has led and trained teams to achieve commercial goals and enhance client management through education and learning. She has combined her years of sales and product training with an extensive acting background, and now specialises in corporate training, role play, and experiential learning. In her latest role, she utilised her ability to connect with diverse cultures by conducting role-play simulations for the Aga Khan Foundation in Dubai, training employees to investigate safeguarding breaches, with a focus on interviewing and questioning skills.
